| Call Waiting | Call waiting is a feature that notifies you that another incoming call is waiting to be answered using a brief tone. You may answer another call with this feature without hanging up on the original call. |
| Caller ID | Caller ID is a feature which displays the telephone number of an incoming caller. If you select this feature, you will need to have a Caller ID box or telephone equipment that supports this feature. |
| Caller ID with Name | Caller ID with Name is a feature which displays both the telephone number and name of an incoming caller. If you select this feature, you will need to have a Caller ID box or telephone equipment that supports this feature. |
| Call Waiting with ID with Name | Caller Waiting with ID with Name is a feature which displays both the telephone number and name of an incoming caller while you are on the phone with another caller. If you select this feature, you will need to have a Caller ID box or telephone equipment that supports this feature. |
| Call Forwarding | Call forwarding is a feature that allows you to have important calls automatically redirected to another telephone number or device such as a voice mail when you are away so you don't miss your important calls. |
| Ring no answer Call Forward | Ring No Answer Call Forward is a feature which automatically redirects incoming calls that aren't picked up to another telephone number or voicemail box. |
| Busy Call Forward | Busy Call Forward is a feature which automatically sends incoming calls to another number or voicemail box when you are on the line. |
| Call Forward Remote Access | Call Forward Remote Access is a feature that allows you to have important telephone calls automatically redirected to another telephone number or device such as a voice mail via access from another location so you don't miss your important calls. |

3-way Calling with Call Transfer Three Way Calling with Call Transfer is a feature that allows you to add a third party on the line of an existing two-party call and allows you to speak with all three parties. When you want to drop out of the conversation, you can hang up without disconnecting the other parties. |
| Call Return | Call return, also known as Star 69 or Automatic Call Back, allows you to automatically redial the last incoming call to your phone line simply by dialing a code. |
